Marianengraben

After the tragic death of her little brother Tim, Paula (Luna Wedler) has lost all courage to live. But when she meets Helmut (Edgar Selge), who is traveling to South Tyrol with his ex-wife's stolen urn, she decides to go to Rimini to be close to him on the beach where her brother died. There she also wants to take her own life to end her feelings of guilt. But on the trip an unexpected friendship develops with Helmut. However, when Paula finds out about his serious illness, she questions her plans and has to face the question of whether Rimini is really her destination.
