Hanu Man is a 2024 Indian Telugu-language superhero film written and directed by Prasanth Varma and produced by Niranjan Reddy Kandagatla under Primeshow Entertainment.[4] It stars Teja Sajja in the title role, alongside Amritha Aiyer, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Raj Deepak Shetty and Vinay Rai.[5] The film is set in the fictional village of Anjanadri and is the first installment of the Prasanth Varma Cinematic Universe. Hanumanthu, who hails from the village Anjanadri, lives with his sister Anjamma and has a girlfriend Meenakshi. When Meenakshi revolts against the village chief Gajapathi, the latter attacks Meenakshi, and Hanumanthu also lands in trouble. During this time, Hanumanthu finds the precious stone, Mani, gains superpowers, and uses these powers to protect his village from evil forces. Michael, a superhero-obsessed person, learns about the Mani and wants to possess it to abuse the people. Can Hanumanthu stop Michael's intentions and protect the Mani?
